• Oversees various cross-functional and technical projects.
• Collaborates with functional teams throughout the initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Accountable for managing and tracking program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.
• Engages in the creation and maintenance of detailed project documentation, including schedules, reviews, process documents, and risk analyses.
• Involved in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring the inclusion of all relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.
• Participates in driving project lifecycle milestones from concept commitment to project closure while advocating for change management.
• Utilizes metrics and KPIs to assess project performance with suitable tools and techniques, providing regular status updates.
• Engages in internal process improvements; identifies and addresses gaps across various teams and functions.
• Ensures that risks are identified and proposes risk mitigation strategies.
• Acts as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinates and supports regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
• Takes an active role in evaluating post-project outcomes against metrics and recommends or implements changes to enhance delivery practices and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university, with 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Develops productive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Possesses an understanding of project management teams, conflict resolution, and adherence to schedule timelines.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
• Capable of managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual who can quickly learn new tools and adapt to new processes and technologies with minimal guidance.
• Experienced in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.
• Exhibits strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the capacity to track and report metrics and manage risks.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively communicate project updates to client executives.
• Must possess the capability to perform office-related tasks, which may involve prolonged sitting or standing.
• Must have the ability to move around within an office environment.
• Must be proficient in using a computer.
• Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
