Healthcare Finance Senior Manager/Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of prominent technical projects within community healthcare.

• Offer financial leadership and strategic guidance to clients.

• Verify the precision of financial reports and project documentation.

• Cultivate relationships with senior executive leadership and essential resources.

• Evaluate healthcare utilization and expenses to identify areas for improvement.

• Handle multiple client engagements concurrently.

• Effectively communicate intricate financial information.

• Perform comprehensive investigations and deliver clear recommendations.

• Develop and present financial reports to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in healthcare finance or financial analytics.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; MHA or MBA is preferred.

• Previous experience in community healthcare finance is advantageous.

• High-level proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Capability to manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

• Ability to oversee complex client engagements effectively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient at building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills and a mission-driven mindset.
