Healthcare Consulting Director – Clinical Enterprise, Periop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide teams in intricate performance enhancement projects, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

• Utilize analytical and critical thinking abilities to measure benefits, identify risks, and devise solutions for performance improvement efforts.

• Effectively communicate to grasp client challenges, tailor solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.

• Foster strong relationships and lead change initiatives, showcasing expertise in change management and promoting positive change in complex settings.

• Lead and nurture teams, which includes defining roles, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while also pinpointing business development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over 8 years of consulting and/or performance improvement experience in healthcare, specifically within clinical enterprises focusing on perioperative services.

• Leadership experience in healthcare operations overseeing perioperative services, including process re-engineering, performance enhancement, financial and operational optimization, quality and safety initiatives, and enterprise-level change management.

• Proven project leadership in a consulting setting, managing complex design and implementation efforts related to perioperative services and guiding multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of engagement.

• Ability to travel as needed for client, enterprise, or project requirements is a critical aspect of this position. While travel needs may fluctuate based on business demands, the current average travel in the Healthcare practice is less than 50% annually.

• Experience supervising both individuals and teams directly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is necessary.
