This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming member calls and deliver precise information about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services available.
• Investigate member queries, resolve issues, and provide responses within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Record member interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues, leadership, and business partners to address member concerns.
• Make outbound calls to offer updates, gather further information, or support business initiatives.
• Support members across California from a home office environment.
• Efficiently navigate various computer systems while assisting members.
• Aid members in accessing healthcare information and services.
• Must be a resident of California.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer contact center setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
