This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage telehealth-related phone calls and email inquiries.
• Handle a consistent volume of incoming customer calls while navigating various systems.
• Respond to inquiries regarding services, provider availability, insurance coverage, visit costs, and other healthcare-related topics.
• Assist patients in scheduling virtual consultations.
• Offer technical support for enrollment, scheduling, attending telehealth visits, and managing account information.
• Investigate discrepancies in costs, process refund requests, and address insurance coverage issues; escalate cases to the billing department.
• Guide patients through self-service options related to visit history, sick slips, prescription details, and medical records.
• Collect patient feedback on provider performance, self-service usability, and visit connectivity.
• Complete required virtual training and nesting sessions.
• Flexible availability to work hours within a 24/7/365 operational framework.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• High school diploma, GED, or a college degree.
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and a computer typing test.
• Completion of a 3-week virtual training course and 1 week of nesting with 100% attendance.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• High-speed internet access at home with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Capability to connect the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet.
• Satellite and wireless internet connections are not acceptable.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace that is clutter-free, with no one else present during working hours and no unauthorized items or electronics.
• Ability to learn and navigate three systems while managing an average of 20 calls per day.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills.
