This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee a consistent, high volume of incoming customer calls.
• Experience with computer navigation is essential.
• You will manage multiple computer systems simultaneously while assisting customers and resolving issues over the phone.
• You are required to remain at your workstation throughout your shift (except during scheduled breaks and lunch).
• Handle consecutive calls in a dynamic, fast-paced environment during your shift.
• Successfully pass a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is necessary.
• Completion of a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance is required.
• A successful background check is mandatory for this role.

• Paid time off begins to accrue after 180 days (approximately 6 months) of employment.
