This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.
β’ Oversee a consistent and high volume of incoming customer calls.
β’ Confirm coverage, copayments, and coinsurance for medical services.
β’ Confirm coverage, copayments, and coinsurance for medications, and suggest alternative medications if necessary.
β’ Verify authorization and referral requirements for medical services, as well as check the status of previously requested authorizations/referrals.
β’ Identify pharmacies and providers that are part of the memberβs network.
β’ Assess the status of pharmacy claims.
β’ Successfully pass a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).
β’ Possess a high school diploma, GED, or a college degree.
β’ A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
β’ Complete a mandatory paid training program with full attendance.
β’ A successful background check is necessary for this role.

β’ Paid time off is accrued after 180 days (approximately 6 months) of employment.
