Healthcare AI Transformation Strategist

📋 Description

• Diagnose. Collaborate closely with health system leadership—including CMOs, VPs of Population Health, and CFOs—to pinpoint the most significant operational challenges such as care gap closure, risk adjustment leakage, referral management issues, and hotspots for readmissions. You’ll delve deeper than a conventional consultant, as your role involves building the solution rather than just writing reports.

• Build. Lead Healthcare AI Bootcamps, partnering with a dedicated engineering team to utilize the customer's own data for the real-time development of AI-powered workflows. Clients will observe their patient populations being risk-stratified, care gaps identified, and AI agents deployed—not merely in a demo setting, but using their actual data.

• Sell. Present outcomes to C-suite executives, translating technical results into financial implications: quality bonuses captured, risk adjustment revenue recovered, and readmissions reduced. You will have a revenue target as your work is integral to both acquiring and expanding customer partnerships.

• Scale. Manage the customer relationship from the initial bootcamp through to enterprise-wide deployment. Identify new use cases, empower the customer’s team for self-service, and assist in establishing a Center of Excellence based on Innovaccer’s platform.

• Shape the Product. Convey field insights directly into the product roadmap. The trends you observe across customers will inform the next generation of platform capabilities. You’re not just implementing AI; you’re contributing to the evolution of the future Healthcare Operating System.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA from a prestigious program (or equivalent experience) with robust analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.

• 2–4 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting (MBB or boutique healthcare/technology firms) or in an AI/product strategy position at a leading technology company.

• Profound curiosity about healthcare. While you don’t need to be a clinician, you should have a genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of data, AI, and patient outcomes.

• Comfort with data. You can engage in discussions about operational challenges and technical solutions. Although you may not write production code, you can collaborate effectively with engineers and question assumptions.

• Executive presence. You can confidently present to hospital executives and senior leadership.

• Builder mindset. You prefer to build and iterate rather than create static presentations. You excel in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites across the United States. This position is highly collaborative and involves hands-on work with clients.
