This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate and establish relationships with C-suite executives within hospital networks.
• Comprehend their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and manage the strategic year-over-year business plan for each Health System.
• Employ Danaher Business System tools to spearhead sales initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with the service organization to guarantee effective installations and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide an overarching perspective of all activities related to individual accounts.
• Collaborate with local regional Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure strategic alignment.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or sciences.
• Over 9 years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory setting.
• Proven experience in selling to C-suite executives within large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint.
