Health System Account Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist the field sales team in providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Engage with pharmacy personnel, such as Directors, Buyers, and other staff members.

• Cultivate customer relationships and enhance existing business accounts.

• Oversee customer satisfaction and assist in resolving issues.

• Enable proactive communication between clients and McKesson teams.

• Execute sales and administrative responsibilities for small to mid-sized accounts under the guidance of a supervisor.

• Negotiate or manage the contracting process.

• Showcase products, solutions, or services to clients.

• Create tailored solutions to address customer requirements.

• Collaborate with the field sales team on the customer roadmap and renewal strategies.

• Coordinate with customers, field sales, and both internal and external team members on customer support activities.

• Dedicate the majority of time at customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 2+ years of relevant background.

• A 4-year college degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience is needed.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% by car.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage organizational complexity and change.

• Advanced skills in verbal, non-verbal/interpersonal, and written communication.

• An energetic self-starter with a strong dedication to customer service.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Preference for candidates with healthcare or distribution experience.

• A significant portion of the role involves computer-based tasks.

• 75% travel expected within the assigned territory.
