Health & Safety Consultant – Home Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a client portfolio while fostering strong relationships throughout the client lifecycle.

• Provide existing and prospective clients with tailored Health & Safety advice that meets their specific needs.

• Collaborate with the Client Experience team to organize visits, deliver services, and manage client interactions.

• Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled while offering an outstanding client experience.

• Allocate time between client visits and dedicated administrative days as a remote consultant.

• Serve as the Lead Consultant for assigned client accounts.

• Maintain consistency in service delivery and documentation among colleagues involved in each account.

• Assist organizations in enhancing compliance, managing risks, and fostering safer work environments.

• Participate in knowledge sharing within the broader team.

• Investigate specialized development pathways in Fire Safety, CDM, and ISO services.

⛳️ Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.

• Proven experience in providing practical Health & Safety advice across various sectors.

• Dedication to continuous professional development.

• Actively working towards Chartered status.

• Capability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Proficiency in delivering practical, customized Health & Safety advice.

• Competence to act as a Competent Person on behalf of WorkNest.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with the Client Experience team.

• Capacity to serve as Lead Consultant on assigned client accounts.

• Skill in maintaining consistent service delivery and documentation.
