Health Partner Engagement Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider contracting services, assist providers, and serve as the engagement lead for high-value, strategic health partners.

• Implement quality, engagement, and contracting strategies.

• Create provisions based on cost, quality analysis, and monitor essential metrics.

• Manage provider recruitment, contracting, and initiate the loading and credentialing processes.

• Negotiate and renegotiate hospital contracts and terms in accordance with corporate policies.

• Promote quality outcomes through the execution and support of Value-Based Reimbursement agreements with providers.

• Collaborate with providers to devise engagement strategies for individual members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

• At least five (5) years of experience in healthcare, including three (3) years of direct experience in provider relations and/or provider contracting.

• Managed care experience is a must.

• NCQA PCMH experience is preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Familiarity with Provider Network Management Processes & Services.

• Excellent negotiation skills.
