This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure the precise, efficient, and compliant execution of assigned processes.
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions to ensure consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and business continuity.
• Carry out assigned work activities while providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
• Monitor process performance, identify root causes, and suggest solutions and enhancements to processes.
• Develop and sustain a working knowledge of related team processes to offer cross-functional support and coverage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to achieve operational goals, service delivery requirements, and meet client needs.
• Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, testing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to promote operational excellence and mitigate risks.
• Manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines, service levels, and quality standards.
• Strengthen operational discipline through structured problem-solving, consistent documentation, and proactive risk identification.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, client delivery, project coordination, reporting support, process improvement, or a related business support function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to evaluate information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Commitment to process excellence with the ability to identify and implement efficiency and consistency improvements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams and cross-functional partners.
• Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Must possess work authorization in the Employing Country that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include education, employment, criminal, sanctions/watch-list, credit, and/or drug checks.
• Capability to participate in video or virtual interviews; Alight may require occasional travel to a physical office.
