Health Coach Certification Practical Skills Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate individual Practical Skills Assessment sessions with students during our 20-week cohorts across three PSA windows.

• Review video submissions of students coaching clients.

• Evaluate each student using our board-approved Practical Skills Assessment Rubric.

• Hold 20-minute feedback sessions with each student based on the completed rubric.

• Offer ongoing feedback to enhance the program based on student interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an NBHWC certified coach - please include your certification number when applying.

• Have completed 200 hours of coaching sessions post board certification.

• Possess familiarity and comfort with teaching NBHWC's core curriculum.

• Align with mindbodygreen values, particularly regarding the transformative power of functional nutrition for health and well-being.

• Be comfortable with live instruction technology and learning systems.

• Have proficiency in using Zoom for feedback sessions and related technology.
