This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Engage with prospective patients through phone calls, text messages, and emails to introduce them to Scene services for seamless enrollment.
• Utilize effective listening skills to understand both the spoken and unspoken needs of patients.
• Support patients throughout the enrollment process by combining motivational encouragement with technical expertise.
• Ensure accurate management of patient information while keeping demographics updated in the Salesforce system.
• Skillfully address patient objections, inquiries, and technical challenges.
• Aid patients with technical setups, including app installations and troubleshooting assistance.
• Link patients with the health system and available health resources.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records of patient interactions, enrollment progress, and follow-up activities.
• Provide guidance on the use of Scene’s Spotlight app for Health Coach support.
• Collaborate with Scene management to set performance goals and utilize time management and critical thinking skills to reach them.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a similar healthcare position.
• Experience in health coaching, public health, or community health initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage in warm, empathetic discussions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in conducting outreach through phone, SMS, and video platforms.
• Capability to simplify complex health concepts in an inspiring manner.
• Familiarity with database systems and mobile applications.
