This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, compose, design, create artwork for, and publish daily executive briefings in the voice of the CEO.

• Oversee a multi-month editorial calendar that tracks upcoming topics for executive briefings and interviews.

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting readership of the daily briefing.

• Integrate insights from the executive team and readership into blog content.

• Schedule posts and promote readership following publication.

• Report directly to the General Manager, Circle Market Intelligence.

• Take ownership of performance outcomes as measured by OPEN MINDS Circle revenue and readership metrics.

• Excellent research abilities, including independent investigation, analysis, and report generation.

• Capability to comprehend and interpret complex healthcare policies, technologies, and data in a dynamic setting.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects effectively.

• Proficient writing and editing skills, including proofreading for grammatical precision and proper formatting.

• Familiarity with Adobe Suite and WordPress publishing platforms.

• Proficient in using MS SharePoint and MS Teams.

• Significant experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and generating artwork.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, electronic data transfer programs, email, databases, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in person and via telephone with clients and colleagues.

• Willingness to travel independently as required.

• Visual acuity for data preparation, analysis, computer-terminal work, and extensive reading.

• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods, as well as bend and lift from both positions.

• Experience in writing thought leadership pieces is preferred.

• Familiarity with the health and human services sector is preferred.

• A college degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
