• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work in conjunction with the social and content teams for coordinated campaign efforts.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies based on what attracts views and followers.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• A formal degree is not necessary.

• Established presence on TikTok, whether personal or professional, with samples of work created.

• Comfortable on camera and adept at crafting engaging and concise scripts.

• Basic video editing capabilities using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar software.

• Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithms.

• Must be consistent and dependable.

• Experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career-related content is a plus.
