• Work in collaboration with social media and content teams on integrated campaigns.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies to boost views and follower count.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrated presence on TikTok—either personally or professionally—with samples of content created.

• Comfortable in front of the camera and adept at crafting catchy, engaging hooks.

• Basic video editing capabilities using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.

• Strong grasp of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Must be consistent and dependable.
