📋 Description

• Develop and publish 3–5 TikTok videos weekly focused on side hustles, gig work, and remote earning opportunities.

• Independently script, film, and edit videos that align with trends and brand identity.

• Keep abreast of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance audience reach.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work alongside the social and content teams for cohesive campaign integrations.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies to boost views and follower count.

• Adapt top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Established presence on TikTok, whether personal or professional; a portfolio of your work is required.

• Comfortable and confident on camera.

• Proficient in creating engaging and captivating hooks in scripts.

• Basic video editing capabilities using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.

• Strong grasp of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Must be consistent and dependable.

• Experience in personal finance, the gig economy, or career-related content is advantageous.
