This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Deliver test results related to sexually transmitted infections, cancer screening, hormone testing, or general health screening through telephone, chat, and email.
• Act as the primary point of contact for results and clinical escalations.
• Follow the scripts provided by the clinical team lead.
• Recognize and escalate clinical inquiries to the team lead.
• Comply with client program specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Address incoming patient calls concerning the testing process, particular tests, and sample collection.
• Create a comfortable and secure environment for patients to voice concerns and ask questions via telephone, asynchronous chat, and email.
• Accurately and consistently document patient interactions in patient records.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
• Proficient in utilizing online tools and technology to provide care and engage with patients.
• Must be open to undergoing a background check.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office, clinical call center, or hospital setting.
• Clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Prior inbound/outbound call center experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Capability to work at a computer terminal with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies.
• Proficient in performing frequent repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions necessary for computer operation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to discern auditory information and visually perceive details.
