This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Convert healthcare business challenges into AI-driven use cases tailored for agent-based automation.

• Create and execute AI/LLM-powered agents to enhance clinical and operational processes.

• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and business subject matter experts to outline workflows and pinpoint automation prospects.

• Utilize LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration strategies.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA in the management of PHI and adherence to responsible AI and data privacy regulations.

• Collaborate with data engineering, platform, and architecture teams to embed AI agents into healthcare infrastructures.

• Assist in the development of AI-enhanced clinical and operational decision-support systems.

• Document solution architectures, AI workflows, associated risks, and implementation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in roles within the healthcare sector (payer and/or provider).

• Practical experience or a solid applied knowledge of Agentic AI principles, LLMs, and orchestration.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare workflows, including care management, utilization management, or clinical documentation.

• Experience in converting healthcare needs into AI-driven automation or decision-support solutions.

• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting communication abilities.
