Head Supply Chain CEERJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Formulate objectives and key results for the CEERJ Supply Chain Strategy.

• Evaluate, suggest, and secure approval for continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain.

• Utilize the latest digital and data-driven strategic tools to enhance value for patients, customers, and the SOBI company.

• Implement situational leadership behaviors throughout the organization.

• Unlock the potential of diverse teams through effective collaboration and content-focused discussions to achieve outstanding results.

• Maintain focus on mission-critical tasks amidst daily operations.

• Communicate effectively across the organization regarding complex situations, decisions, and actions taken.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or an equivalent higher university qualification in Economics, Natural Science, or Engineering within Biotech Ecosystems.

• Over 5 years of experience in leading teams (either virtual or direct reporting) in complex Supply Chain operations within the Pharma/Biotech sector.

• Proficiency in English, along with a strong awareness and experience in cross-cultural contexts.

• Residing in one of the CEERJ countries for work in Pharma Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales for a minimum of 9 to 12 months is advantageous.

• Certification as an Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, Green Belt, or equivalent training is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills for working horizontally across the entire supply chain and vertically from executives to highly knowledgeable experts.

• Leadership should be flexible to adapt to various content and cultural scenarios, skill sets, and ranks within the organization, effectively applying the right context and content to achieve superior results.

• The ability to maintain focus on strategic tasks is essential, along with a proactive approach to rethinking challenges to deliver economically viable and patient-centered objectives.
