📋 Description

• Oversee Yubo's global user acquisition strategy encompassing paid, organic, ASO, and emerging channels.

• Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budget across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Google, Reddit, Apple Search Ads, and other pertinent channels.

• Enhance acquisition efficiency by lowering cost per registration and boosting ROAS in primary markets.

• Expand acquisition strategies across more than 10 countries, with a specific focus on campaigns in the US.

• Direct media buying strategy, including bidding, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation, with a strong emphasis on creative performance.

• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to fortify ASO and ensure that paid and organic efforts are cohesively integrated.

• Create content and creative frameworks that drive performance while remaining aligned with Yubo's positioning and the Gen Z audience.

• Investigate and validate new acquisition channels to decrease reliance on paid media and enhance the marketing mix.

• Develop reporting frameworks and measurement strategies to evaluate campaign performance, incrementality, and investment efficacy.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to enhance funnel performance and facilitate more informed decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on user acquisition.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for a B2C consumer app (preferably in social, gaming, or dating).

• Demonstrated success in effectively scaling paid acquisition across multiple markets using a data-driven approach.

• Proven experience in managing a substantial monthly marketing budget, particularly within the US market.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic advertising.

• Familiarity with incrementality testing, attribution models, and data-informed decision-making.

• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.

• Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing growth teams.

• Awareness of the implications of GDPR, iOS ATT, and Google Privacy Sandbox on acquisition strategies.

• A keen sense of what makes Gen Z creative effective and the ability to scale it without it appearing contrived.
