📋 Description

• Spearhead Slingshot Aerospace’s growth strategy throughout the Asia-Pacific region, pinpointing and cultivating new opportunities with government, defense, and commercial space entities.

• Establish and oversee a robust yet qualified opportunity pipeline, setting up campaigns for sustained success.

• Foster strong relationships with regional space agencies, defense institutions, and commercial operators.

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their mission goals and operational hurdles, showcasing how Slingshot’s capabilities can enhance their success.

• Devise and implement regional go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

• Represent Slingshot Aerospace at industry conferences, governmental engagements, and strategic partner discussions throughout the region.

• Work in tandem with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure customer insights shape product development and mission capabilities.

• Assist in expanding and nurturing a small regional team as Slingshot broadens its international presence.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in business development, strategic growth, or enterprise sales.

• Background in the space sector, or within defense, intelligence, or national security contexts.

• Proven success in cultivating strategic customer relationships in intricate international markets.

• Capability to build and manage qualified pipelines and long-term strategic opportunities.

• Strong grasp of government procurement, defense programs, or commercial space operations.

• Proficiency in conveying complex technical capabilities to both technical and executive audiences.

• Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to align customer mission requirements with technical solutions.

• Willingness to travel throughout the Asia-Pacific region as necessary.
