This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Benefits, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and Mobility functions.
• Propel performance in alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Guarantee consistent, precise, and timely execution across all operational processes.
• Take ownership of SOPs, internal controls, and readiness for audits.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. and Canadian regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Audit, Legal, and Finance departments on SOX controls and evaluations.
• Actively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead and cultivate a diverse operations team.
• Offer expertise on intricate cases and escalations.
• Promote accountability, ownership, and high performance standards.
• Work alongside HRIS/IT on enhancements for Workday, Dayforce, and other systems.
• Advocate for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Manage operational schedules and workflows effectively.
• Supervise reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance on accruals, costing, and maintaining financial integrity.
• A minimum of 10 years in HR/Total Rewards operations.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience spanning multiple Total Rewards functions (not isolated).
• Strong expertise in controls, compliance, and auditing (SOX experience preferred).
• Practical experience with HR systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar).
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian regulatory frameworks.
