This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead the automation of manual finance processes, which encompasses data aggregation, intercompany reconciliation, journal entry workflows, consolidation reporting automation, and report generation.
• Create and sustain financial dashboards, analytics frameworks, and data pipelines to facilitate real-time management reporting and support executive decision-making.
• Formulate and implement the Group Finance Systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and resource availability, while managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT, the Financial Controller, and FP&A to convert finance requirements into scalable system solutions and oversee third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Establish governance for systems, data quality standards, and user access controls across all finance platforms to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Advocate for the continuous enhancement of finance technology and processes, remaining up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging tools pertinent to the finance function.
• Assist in onboarding new entities onto Group finance systems by setting up standard configurations, chart of accounts, and reporting structures.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or finance technology roles within a multinational corporation or a rapidly growing company.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with the implementation of cloud ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A proven history of ERP implementation or finance system optimization with quantifiable efficiency improvements.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for financial reporting and analytics.
• A solid understanding of core finance processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, consolidation, financial close, and planning, along with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across different regions.
