This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and nurture initial relationships with a select group of strategic partners.
• Determine optimal investment areas to facilitate quick partner-driven introductions.
• Establish direct connections with partner field sellers and their respective account teams.
• Articulate Backstory’s product into a concise and persuasive value proposition for partner sellers.
• Transform initial engagement into active collaboration and pipeline development.
• Collaborate across various functions, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to support and enable the initiative.
• Aim to develop an AI-first, scalable partner channel through automation and effective leverage.
• Proven experience in establishing partnerships and co-sell initiatives from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Capability to influence partner Account Executives and foster significant engagement.
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills in ambiguous settings.
• Clear and persuasive communicator capable of effectively positioning value.
• High energy and comfort in dynamic, early-stage environments.
• AI-first mindset with an emphasis on leverage, automation, and scalable impact.
