• Take charge of designing each Member Operations workflow as a productized funnel: incorporating structured inputs, orchestrated execution, automated feedback mechanisms, measurable quality metrics, and SLA-bound delivery.
• Oversee the Operations Intelligence Warehouse, which serves as the data layer for making throughput, quality, variance, and capacity both inspectable and ready for decision-making.
• Implement statistical process control throughout all production workflows, substituting anecdotal evidence with concrete data.
• Develop queuing and capacity models that influence staffing decisions and identify bottlenecks before they disrupt operations.
• Encode standards into Policy-as-Code: automate the enforcement of bookkeeping quality gates, tax scorecards, and AI-driven exception logic.
• Lead the transition from prototype to Engineering handoff.
• Assemble and manage a small team of operations analysts, process architects, and tool developers.
• Over 10 years of experience in operations strategy, applied operations research, industrial process engineering, or operations management within a high-volume service organization.
• A management-science mindset: familiarity with concepts such as throughput, utilization, queuing, variance, cycle time, and first-pass yield is essential.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling (BigQuery preferred).
• Practical experience with low-code and AI-assisted application development tools (e.g., AppSheet, Retool, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
• Experience in workflow and process design, including BPMN or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities in areas such as SPC, root cause analysis, capacity modeling, and variance assessment.
• A distinct perspective on the difference between scaffolding and product development.
