Head of Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of CoinPoker's social growth strategy across all platforms, identifying target audiences, content mix, growth objectives, and ensuring delivery against those objectives.

• Work in conjunction with the content team to address channel growth needs, video formats, content requests, calendars, and performance assessments.

• Manage the social content calendar and oversee the publishing process.

• Ensure that content is appropriately packaged, timed, and formatted according to each platform's algorithms and distribution mechanics.

• Supervise country-specific accounts, focusing on localized content, community management, and adherence to publishing standards.

• Build, lead, and develop the social media team.

• Represent CoinPoker's community presence and voice across Telegram, Discord, and X.

• Create frameworks for social growth and engagement metrics, and report on follower growth, reach, and commercial contributions to senior management.

• Manage the brand's community presence in real time, addressing sensitive situations, community incidents, and high-visibility moments.

• Demonstrated success in growing social audiences for a brand across various platforms, with quantifiable results in follower growth and reach.

• Extensive understanding of platform algorithms and distribution mechanics across X, Instagram, and other community platforms.

• Proven ability to adjust channel strategies in response to changes in platform mechanics.

• Strong knowledge of poker.

• Experience in building and managing a social media team, which includes hiring, developing, and directing specialized roles.

• Proficient in social performance measurement, including metrics frameworks, review schedules, and commercial reporting.

• Experience in managing brand community presence in real time, particularly during sensitive situations, community incidents, and high-visibility moments.
