Head of Service – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Victim Service and Beacon Youth Hub.

• Ensure the efficient operation and delivery of victim services.

• Inspire and lead staff while upholding Catch22’s values, aims, and objectives.

• Guarantee effective provision of coping and recovery services for victims and witnesses.

• Directly manage Caseworkers responsible for their respective caseloads.

• Foster strong working relationships with Police partners, statutory services, and voluntary agencies.

• Oversee support pathways to ensure a seamless, high-quality, and consistent service.

• Contribute to the expansion of Catch22’s Justice Directorate business operations.

• Assist in broadening Catch22’s Victim Service presence on a national level.

• Engage in various projects that support Catch22’s strategic objectives.

• Understanding of and dedication to the needs of victims and witnesses.

• NPPV 2 (Police Vetting) required.

• Enhanced DBS check is necessary.
