This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the founders to systematically construct and enhance our B2B sales process.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations and closing deals.
• Conduct qualified initial calls, demonstrations, proposal processes, and negotiations independently.
• Utilize your existing network to expedite entry into pertinent customer discussions.
• Assist in refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, pricing, and sales messaging in conjunction with the team.
• Establish organized CRM frameworks, sales stages, reporting, and forecasting.
• Gather market insights and transform them into improved pitches, value propositions, and sales materials.
• Contribute to the establishment of reliable reference customers and a consistent sales pipeline.
• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS or complex, consultative technology sales.
• Demonstrated history of independently driving and closing deals successfully.
• Strong comprehension of complex sales cycles within mid-market or enterprise settings.
• Ideally possess a robust network in the IT sector, particularly with system integrators, MSPs, IT service providers, or internal IT/support decision-makers.
• Proficient in discovery, needs assessment, ROI justification, and stakeholder management.
• Structured, entrepreneurial, and highly hands-on working approach.
• Proficient in German and confident in English.
• Compensation: base salary plus commission (On-Target Earnings €65–120k) + ESOPs (employee stock options/equity).
