• Sales expertise: A minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within the education sector, recruitment/staffing, or EdTech.

• Leadership abilities: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and motivating a team to achieve outstanding results.

• Networking skills: Enthusiastic about sales and knowledgeable in the most effective strategies for acquiring new customers and partners.

• Results-driven: Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

• Analytical mindset: Capability to formulate strategic sales plans driven by data, market assessments, and feedback.

• Communication proficiency: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
