This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of team revenue objectives and contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead and nurture a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives through active coaching and performance management.
• Serve as a player-coach by participating in strategic deals, evaluating calls, and assisting in overcoming obstacles to opportunities.
• Enhance sales processes, pipeline speed, forecasting precision, and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
• Recruit, onboard, and elevate high-performing sales talent as the team expands.
• Establish a framework for accountability regarding CRM hygiene, activity expectations, and pipeline oversight within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to enhance lead quality, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in refining the sales strategy, compensation plans, and overall go-to-market approach.
• Foster a culture characterized by urgency, ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
• 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, including 2–4+ years managing sales teams focused on SMB or mid-market sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-velocity, high-volume sales organizations.
• Strong coaching abilities and sales development expertise throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Experience overseeing SDRs and Account Executives in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
• Proven ability to enhance team performance, meet quotas, and boost pipeline conversion rates.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring sales professionals.
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and sales compensation frameworks is preferred.
• Highly operational, accountable, and comfortable collaborating across functions.
• Capability to serve as a player-coach and strategically advance deals.
