This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Revenue Engine: Design and manage the systems, processes, and reporting that drive the complete funnel across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• GTM Technology Stack: Oversee Salesforce and its related tools, ensuring our technology stack is clean, integrated, and scalable.
• Forecasting & Analytics: Develop precise forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and dashboards that provide leadership with a real-time view of the business.
• Planning & Design: Spearhead territory design, quota determination, and commission/compensation plan frameworks that align incentives with company objectives.
• Process & Data Integrity: Establish lead routing, service level agreements (SLAs), and data hygiene standards to ensure every record is reliable and every transition is smooth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance operational discipline.
• Lay the Groundwork: Implement RevOps best practices and scalable infrastructure from the outset, providing a solid foundation for the function as the company expands.
• Minimum of 6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Strategy.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to transform chaotic data into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling RevOps in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
