Head of Quality – AI Data Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and execution of quality assurance protocols specifically designed for training data and model assessment.

• Develop and manage specialized quality protocols for the collection and enhancement of multi-modal data.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions regarding data quality and model evaluation.

• Offer strategic insights on addressing edge cases and provide solutions for generating high-quality training data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Data Quality leadership.

• Extensive knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to design and lead quality assurance procedures for data annotation and AI model evaluation.

• Experience in developing scalable systems such as 'golden datasets' for assessing contributor performance.

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• Proven experience in managing teams within a fast-paced environment.
