• Act as a strategic partner and operational deputy to the CPO, preparing briefing materials, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives, and representing the CPO in certain forums.
• Manage the CPO's planning calendar, which includes quarterly business reviews, product leadership offsites, board and executive updates, and annual planning cycles.
• Convert complex, cross-functional inputs into clear written recommendations, decision documents, and narratives tailored for senior audiences.
• Anticipate challenges before they arise for the CPO—proactively addressing blockers, facilitating alignment, and escalating only essential issues that require executive intervention.
• Develop and implement the product operating model for an AI-centric organization, covering portfolio prioritization, OKR processes, roadmap governance, and cross-functional rituals.
• Establish efficient, high-impact reporting cadences that provide the CPO and product leadership with real-time insights into progress, risks, and decision-making.
• Lead the coordination of quarterly and annual planning by integrating inputs from product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams into a cohesive, actionable plan.
• Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies, aiming for a product organization that delivers faster with less friction, rather than adding more processes.
• Spearhead high-priority transformation programs on behalf of the CPO, covering organizational design, AI integration, new capability development, and cross-functional change management.
• Serve as a program manager for initiatives that span multiple teams and lack a clear single owner.
• Create the framework for how the product organization makes and communicates decisions, utilizing DACI frameworks and fostering async-first working norms.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and Legal teams as necessary to provide structure to personnel and resource decisions within the product organization.
• Contribute to defining the operational approach of an AI-native product organization by piloting new tools, workflows, and norms, and promoting them across the team.
• Enhance the organization's capability to consume, generate, and act upon AI-driven insights.
• Work alongside product and design leadership to integrate AI-first thinking into the scoping, prototyping, and evaluation processes.
• 7–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, management consulting, chief of staff, or business operations roles, preferably within a high-growth technology or healthcare technology environment.
• Proven ability to build from the ground up. You have established new processes, teams, or functions and are adept at gaining buy-in without formal authority.
• Knowledge of AI tools and contemporary product operating models. You maintain a curious and informed perspective on how AI alters team dynamics, with hands-on experience implementing AI solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You can draft a succinct one-pager for the CEO and a detailed PRD specification within the same week, adapting your message to suit the audience.
• Strong product intuition. While not necessarily a product manager, you are fluent in the relevant terminology—roadmaps, trade-offs, customer insights, and technical constraints.
• Ability to think structurally amidst ambiguity. You can navigate complex situations, work with incomplete information, and still move decisions forward.
• Comfortable as an individual contributor. You are proactive about building initiatives from the ground up and are excited to engage in hands-on work.
• High emotional intelligence and organizational awareness. You quickly build trust, manage competing priorities with empathy, and know how to influence others without creating friction.
• Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays—reflecting our belief that work-life balance enhances performance.
• Best-in-Class Parental Leave: Cherish quality time with your expanding family. Our parental leave policy is among the most generous in the industry, supporting you during life's critical moments.
• Recognition & Rewards: We celebrate achievements, both big and small. You’ll receive monetary incentives and company-wide recognition for your contributions and dedication. Your efforts will be acknowledged.
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage: Benefit from medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with 100% company-paid short- and long-term disability and basic life insurance. Optional perks include discounted legal aid and pet insurance.
