Head of Product – Fintech, Wallet, Remittance

📋 Description

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

• Lead and develop the product team, including PMs and Product Design.

• Build and prioritize the roadmap based on data, user research, and business priorities.

• Serve as the advocate for migrant users within the organization in all product decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Technology, Growth, Compliance, and Operations to launch high-impact initiatives.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle: discovery, definition, launch, and continuous optimization.

• Establish clear success metrics and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.

• Represent the Product team in the Retorna leadership group and contribute to the company's strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in product roles, including at least 4 years in team leadership.

• Previous experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial products for mass consumption.

• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with a results-oriented focus.

• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Empathetic leadership: skilled in talent development, trust-building, and creating high-performance teams.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders with varying interests.

• Knowledge or affinity with the realities of migrant users.
