• Take charge of and steer the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Assume complete accountability for monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth, retention, and minimizing churn.
• Lead and guide the Product team while collaborating with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to create significant impact.
• Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
• Establish and monitor essential SaaS metrics such as MRR, retention, churn, and activation.
• Enhance onboarding, activation, and sustained product engagement.
• Maintain effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster ongoing improvements in product quality, scalability, and user experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product teams and mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong accountability for business metrics including MRR, retention, and churn.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling established, revenue-generating products.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle: from discovery to delivery to iteration.
• Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Outstanding communication abilities (English C1+).
• Comfortable engaging directly with founders and executives.
• Must be based in the European Union (mandatory).
