This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Establish and guide the vision and strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives and delivers a cohesive value proposition.
• Determine the composition of the portfolio (invest/grow/maintain/change/sunset) to optimize market opportunities and business impact, while ensuring product synergy and maintaining a competitive edge.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, customer requirements, and stakeholder feedback, integrating this information into product decisions and strategies.
• Discover and validate new product and business opportunities, which includes developing business cases and overseeing new products until they are integrated into distinct business units.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle (development, launch, evolution), striking a balance between innovation and enhancement.
• Track and assess product performance (revenue, profitability, adoption, retention) and make optimizations as necessary.
• Establish cross-product priorities and allocate resources based on impact, ROI, and strategic alignment, ensuring a balance between developing core functionality and meeting customer needs.
• Build and lead the product management function, developing capabilities, standards, and best practices across the organization, while fostering company-wide expertise in product knowledge and application.
• Collaborate and align actively with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition and retention, adoption rates, and overall portfolio growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management with leadership over multi-product SaaS portfolios; experience in MarTech/Pharma or regulated sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of portfolio strategy and P&L, including successful product launches and scaling in international markets.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities: experience in portfolio decision-making (invest/grow/sunset), business case development, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and SaaS metrics.
• Extensive product management knowledge (discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation) throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Proven experience in balancing innovation with optimization and core functionality with customer-driven development.
• Ability to build and scale product organizations, establish standards, and mentor product managers.
• Strong leadership skills and stakeholder alignment in a multinational context.
• Excellent communication skills with a data-driven, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented approach.
