Head of Platform AI Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will lead the strategic and operational advancement of the AI innovation function throughout the Jedox Platform.

• You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, oversee cross-department initiatives, ensure delivery driven by KPIs, and foster continuous development of capabilities within the AI innovation team.

• Guide the engineering platform AI innovation team to achieve ongoing KPI-driven innovation within a multi-cross-functional setting.

• Partner with the VP of Engineering and engineering leadership to synchronize platform AI innovation with the company, product, and engineering strategies.

• Propel the development of the AI innovation team, including capacity planning and capability enhancement.

• Serve as the strategic lead for engineering platform AI innovation alongside the Engineering Leadership Team.

• Oversee budget planning, cost management, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives for the AI innovation team.

• Collaborate with the AI Innovation Competence Center, product managers, consultants, customer success teams, support, and cloud operations.

• Facilitate cross-entity collaboration for delivering performance-focused AI innovation.

• Promote the adoption of AI-related innovations and research outcomes on the Jedox Platform.
