This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of GMV expansion at targeted contribution levels across all performance channels and markets.

• Establish channel mix, investment guidelines, pacing strategies, and scaling plans.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to project spending, GMV, and contribution/ROI.

• Define segmentation criteria across departments, margin bands, seller IDs, and performance tiers.

• Ensure segments are tested and activated across various channels (Channel activation strategy).

• Convert propensity and LTV models into actionable strategies.

• Oversee incrementality testing and attribution efforts.

• Experiment with new growth channels by testing, adopting, or discontinuing them.

• Provide monthly performance insights.

• Conduct weekly growth forums – The company aims for ambitious growth targets, making week-over-week growth essential.

• Develop a streamlined, automation-driven team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in senior performance marketing leadership within ecommerce or marketplace settings.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Google Shopping and large-scale catalog activation.

• Proven experience operating at scale in environments with a large number of SKUs.

• Strong grasp of incrementality, attribution, and experimentation methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of segmentation and incrementality strategies.

• Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams.

• A strong commercial mindset driven by data.

• International experience, particularly in the UK and EU markets; experience in the US would be a plus.

• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels.

• Demonstrated success in leading a lean performance marketing team.
