This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Spacelift’s global partner strategy involving resellers, SIs, GSIs, and hyperscalers, emphasizing depth with a select few strategic partners.
• Oversee a small team and focus on their professional development.
• Establish program frameworks for each partner category, encompassing deal registration, co-selling strategies, incentives, enablement, marketplace tactics, and collaborative go-to-market efforts.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with key partners.
• Collaborate with Spacelift Sales on territory management, pipeline oversight, and engagement protocols.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams on joint initiatives, case studies, integrations, and field messaging.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding partner performance, ROI, and future investment recommendations, including advice on deepening GCP or Azure engagements.
• A minimum of seven years in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within a B2B software organization, demonstrating experience in building programs rather than merely managing existing ones.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Direct involvement with various partner types: national resellers (such as Ahead, Presidio, WWT, or comparable), MSPs, GSIs, and hyperscalers, with a strong preference for AWS experience.
• Demonstrated success in generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, with specific results to discuss.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in discussions about Spacelift’s offerings and their significance to platform engineering teams.
• Strong executive presence and the capacity to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions with incomplete data.
