Head of Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Identify collaboration opportunities and broaden the organization's network of partners both in Vietnam and internationally.

• Seek funding and support to develop projects within Vietnam and abroad.

• Engage in research, create, and propose cooperative models, policies, processes, and solutions with partners.

• Collaborate directly and consistently with the Marketing Department to enhance the organization's branding.

• Negotiate and persuade partners to foster development cooperation.

• Support, maintain, and develop relationships with partners.

• Manage VIP partner relations.

• Prepare reports on work performance, conduct partner market research, and develop proposals for partnership programs.

• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Leader, with specifics to be discussed during the interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Capable of team leadership, with a polite, friendly demeanor and strong flexibility and situational handling skills.

• Diligent and responsible in completing work tasks.

• Ability to manage and cultivate relationships effectively.

• Competent in Office software and online collaboration platforms.

• Willing to commit to at least 6 months for the project.

• Prior experience in related fields is preferred.
