This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the strategic direction for intricate Paid Search configurations and international client accounts.
• Create and enhance cross-channel Paid Search as well as full-funnel strategies.
• Lead and prioritize operational initiatives with a focus on impact, scalability, and sustainability.
• Establish and consistently enhance a robust testing and learning culture within Paid Search, which includes clear hypotheses, structured testing, and systematic insight derivation.
• Ensure continuous evaluation, testing, and refinement of new ideas, formats, and platform features.
• Provide strategic consulting at an equal level, fostering close collaboration and sparring with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Take functional leadership of the entire international SEA/Paid Search team, focusing on methodologies, standards, quality, and development.
• Empower, mentor, and assist team members in their daily operational tasks.
• Lead pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Search, SEA, or Search Advertising.
• Strong strategic comprehension of performance marketing, business objectives, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience with intricate account structures, automation, and contemporary Paid Search configurations.
• A passion for formulating hypotheses, testing concepts, and consistently enhancing performance.
• Proven track record in strategic consulting and direct client interaction.
• Structured and self-motivated working style, particularly in a remote setting.
• Fluent (business-level) proficiency in both German and English is required.
