This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the global delivery of Oracle Support and Application Managed Services for various clients and intricate Oracle settings.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior customers to ensure outstanding service experiences.
• Inspire, nurture, and develop high-performing Oracle teams on a global scale.
• Identify and implement enhancements to processes, tools, reporting, and operational methods.
• Assist with renewals, upselling, service expansion, and opportunities for new customers.
• Provide Oracle expertise for bids, RFPs, presentations, workshops, and customer discovery sessions.
• Design onboarding processes, transitions, service models, and delivery strategies for new customers.
• Oversee projects and customer commitments from initiation to successful completion.
• Lead the onboarding of new customers and their transition into structured support and AMS delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate global and cross-functional resources to achieve customer outcomes.
• Manage escalations, critical incidents, and complex customer situations.
• Engage in candidate screening, hiring manager, and team interviews.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS and a solid understanding of Oracle applications and business processes, particularly in Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll.
• Extensive background in leading Oracle Support and/or Application Managed Services (AMS) teams.
• Proven experience in project management and service delivery.
• Strong leadership and people management experience, including the development, mentoring, and building of high-performing Oracle teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise customers and complex service delivery environments.
• Experience in leading onboarding and transition projects for new customers.
• Capable of developing and managing project plans, transition plans, resource needs, timelines, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Experience in managing global or distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in supporting bids, proposals, RFPs, and pre-sales activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL and service management principles.
• Ability to manage escalations, critical incidents, and challenging customer situations with composure and decisiveness.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach towards enhancing customer relationships, expanding services, and contributing to business growth.
