Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Operational management of multiple production units and coordination of production leaders.

• Launching new production sites from the ground up: establishing processes, standardization, and optimization according to Lean principles.

• Planning production capacities and developing production schedules based on business needs.

• Monitoring the adherence to plans regarding timelines, quality, cost, and budget.

• Analyzing key operational indicators (KPIs) and systematically enhancing production efficiency.

• Ensuring effective collaboration between production, R&D, procurement, and logistics.

• Team development: mentoring leaders, building a strong management layer, and creating a talent pool.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or operational activities.

• Practical experience in launching production from scratch or transforming existing processes.

• In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.

• Experience in production planning, budgeting, and cost management.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs.

• Experience in managing team leaders and developing leadership talent.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty.

• Systematic thinking and results-oriented approach.
