This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute a top-tier onboarding strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and customer success metrics.
• Analyze and enhance onboarding workflows to boost efficiency, shorten time-to-value, and elevate the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth transitions for customers and alignment on goals.
• Develop scalable yet customized onboarding programs for various customer segments, ensuring proactive engagement and early adoption of essential features.
• Utilize automation and technology to expand onboarding efforts while preserving a personal touch.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-value, activation rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-performing onboarding team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collect feedback from new customers to pinpoint challenges and enhance the onboarding experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in leading onboarding, process enhancement, or customer success operations, with a proven ability to scale departments.
• Over 3 years of direct experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and career development.
• Extensive knowledge in designing and implementing scalable frameworks that minimize "time-to-value" for complex enterprise clients.
