• Take charge of the demand generation strategy and its execution, focusing on driving a qualified pipeline from enterprise accounts.
• Develop and expand integrated campaigns across digital, account-based marketing (ABM), events, email, partner, and content channels.
• Oversee product marketing responsibilities, including positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
• Maintain brand and messaging consistency across the website and every customer interaction.
• Enhance SEO and next-gen visibility, optimizing for large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven search to increase organic discovery and share of voice.
• Boost brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social media through bold and creative storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on pipeline objectives, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and go-to-market strategies.
• Build, mentor, and refine a compact, high-performing marketing team that utilizes AI and automation to amplify impact.
• Manage marketing analytics, including pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and brand metrics.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within marketing teams, preferably targeting enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in generating enterprise pipeline and achieving measurable revenue growth.
• Strong skills in product marketing: capable of refining messaging, crafting succinct copy, and converting technical value into buyer-ready narratives.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and emerging expertise in optimizing for LLM/AI search (GEO, AEO).
• A creative operator who can rapidly launch campaigns, conduct swift tests, and scale successful initiatives.
• Proficient in modern marketing technology, AI tools, and marketing automation; adept at creating efficient systems that maximize output with minimal resources.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader who easily collaborates with Sales and Product teams.
• Comfortable working in a global, distributed environment across different time zones.
• Lead the marketing efforts of a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS company with a strong product-market fit.
