This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Formulate and implement the organization's IT strategy in accordance with business objectives and long-term aspirations.
• Guide, mentor, and advance the IT team within IT Support, Systems Engineering, and Information Security.
• Ensure the corporate IT infrastructure and cloud services maintain high levels of reliability, availability, and scalability.
• Oversee the corporate information security strategy, focusing on risk management, asset safeguarding, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Spearhead international certification efforts for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001, encompassing policy formulation and comprehensive audit management.
• Administer the IT budget and vendor relationships, including financial planning, optimization, and contract negotiations.
• Preserve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans while leading incident response initiatives.
• Propel infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and process automation projects.
• Enhance and refine ITSM processes, SLA governance, and measures of user satisfaction.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in IT Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security.
• Strong expertise in managing corporate IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of information security practices, including IAM, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• Practical experience with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001 compliance and risk management methodologies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
• A strong strategic perspective, proactive ownership style, and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with the implementation or migration of enterprise ITSM, IAM, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of COBIT or NIST is a plus.
• A Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant professional certifications would be beneficial.
