Head of Influencer & Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You lead your team with clarity and establish the right priorities.

• You collaborate closely with the founder in the further development of VISCA, enjoying true participation.

• You create structures and processes that enable sustainable growth.

• You manage sophisticated client relationships independently, strategically, on equal footing, and with genuine business understanding.

• You connect performance objectives with your clients' growth goals and are responsible for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.

• You identify potential early on and actively develop existing clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or creator marketing, ideally within an agency, D2C, or e-commerce environment.

• Extensive leadership experience, including building and developing teams.

• Solid management skills: You manage priorities, resources, and structures with a broad perspective.

• You confidently manage demanding client relationships and communicate effectively at decision-maker and executive levels.

• You think entrepreneurially and possess a solid understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.

• You actively utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
